Where are you located?

Our head office and showroom are in the Ancaster, Ontario, Canada business park.

What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Do you serve home care (residential) customers?

Yes, primarily in the Greater Hamilton Area of Ontario. If outside this area, please contact us.

Do you serve long-term care facilities, hospitals, and other medical/healthcare facilities?

Yes.

Do you offer products or services?

Both. We sell and service medical equipment from top manufacturers.

What brands do you carry?

We carry a variety of makes and models from top brands including Invacare, Drive Medical, Tollos, Amico, Guldmann, Rane, TR, and more. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Contact customer service.

How do your services work?

We provide services such as installations, removals, maintenance, repairs, sourcing parts, and more. Learn more about our services.

Can I see my product in person before buying?

Yes, by appointment you can view anything our showroom and warehouse. Due to the large number of bulk products we have, please make an appointment prior (free) to ensure we have your item(s) and accessories set up and ready for viewing. Contact customer service to book an appointment.

Do you manufacture products?

No, we are an authorized reseller from the top brands, all makes and models.

Ordering & Payment

Can I buy products from your website?

You can browse our home care collection online, but due to the complexities and unique needs of products, we ask customers to call us to obtain an accurate quote. We don’t currently offer automated online ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-transfer, and cheques from commercial customers.

Can I buy products if I’m in the United States?

No, we only sell in Canada.

Shipping/Delivery

Do you deliver, or do I have to pick up?

We deliver (residential and facilities) as well as remove packaging. Installation and removal also available.

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is an additional cost based on weight through our ground carriers.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is set by the carriers, but is typically ~$30 for parts and up to $200 for bed delivery on a tailgate truck or installed and delivered by a technician.
